What happens at our meetings ?
We meet at Lysses House Hotel which is located in Fareham town centre, there is plenty of free parking available in the hotel grounds. When do you meet ? We meet at 7.30 p.m, on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Many members arrive around 7pm for informal networking in the bar.
Then what happens ? • We start with an overview of the evening's session. • We usually have a speaker (one of the group members if possible) who will present a coaching related topic. This often includes a demonstration and exercises which can be done in 2s or 3s. There will also be a short question and answer session. • Halfway through we have a break in the bar... another opportunity to meet other coaches and make friends. • We always make sure there is time to practice our coaching skills.
With all the many and varied skills sets of the members of our group there are plenty of opportunities to learn new techniques and brush up on our existing skills.
